Develop some performance management strategies

Back at your Canada Widgets Corporation facility, your director is delivering you some bad news.

Apparently, both widget production levels and widget quality levels were below standards last quarter. Your director is looking to you to get them back up to where they need to be.

Specifically, shes asking you to put some performance management strategies in place that will help:

• Increase the number of widgets produced
• Decrease the number of widgets that are produced with errors

She wants at least three ideas by the end of the week. You can use any approaches you think will worknote that you dont have to limit yourself to ideas or strategies covered in this module.
