Develop your personal HTML 5(with help of CSS) page with the following structure and properties.

A form should be created, the content of which should be sent to your own email address after it has been filled out.

It is an order form from a Santa Claus agency.

At the top of the page is a centered picture of a Santa Claus with presents, which is 200 pixels high and 20 pixels above and below the next objects. The picture is a link to www.amazon.de.

In the following form, you should first choose whether you want a Santa Claus or an angel. It should be noted that this selection can only be made exclusively.

In a second field, the time at which Santa Claus (angel) should come can be selected from a list. The following times should be given to choose from:

3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Then there is a free, three-line text field in which special requests can be entered.

Finally, the customer gives his first name, surname and his street and place of residence and can then send the form using a button labeled to Santa Claus. A Reset button is also available.
