Deliverables: What are going to be the products, services, or results of the project? List WITH

Stakeholders: Who is involved and at what level? How will they be impacted? How will they

Milestones: What are the major phases of the project? Remember a milestone is a marker, not
a schedule. A list or table is OK for this plus intro under the heading
Constraints: Describe and give reasons WHY they are constraints. Paragraph
Assumptions: What do you assume to be true at the time of the project execution? Paragraph
Risks: What are some of the major expected risks for the project? Mitigation is not required at
this stage. Paragraph
Project Success Criteria: How will stakeholders know if the project is a success? What will it
look like if its a success? Paragraph
Format: APA conventions, intext citations and references, sections with introductions and
conclusions, title page, list of who did what. IF THERE ARE NO INTEXT CITATIONS OR
REFERENCES, THE WORK WILL RECEIVE ZERO AND A MISCONDUCT WILL FOLLOW.
