Developing a Maintenance Programme and Maintenance Plan

$$ Aircraft will be maintained under EASA requirements

It is required to develop:

1/$1/$ Aircraft Maintenance Programme ($($Content and Major Checks, Line and Base

Maintenance)$)$ as per EASA requirements.

2/$2/$ Identify the type and number of scheduled checks to be performed over a period of 8$8$

years.

3/$3/$ Identify the available authorised MROs in the region.

4/$4/$ Determine the maintenance cost per flight hour.

5/$5/$ Plan the major maintenance checks in order to minimise flight schedule disruption.

6/$6/$ Determine the maintenance budget projection of the fleet for 8−$8-$year period.

7/$7/$ Analyse the most cost effective solution between in house and outsourcing maintenance.
