Developing Teacher Interview Questions/Guide Listen Hide Assignment Information Instructions The assignment is to complete a candidate response form (interview guide) of approximately 10 interview questions for a middle school science teacher. You must develop the target answers for your interview questions and develop a ranking scale/process. (In a real interview process, you should work collaboratively with the interview team on these tasks) You will develop a document (Interview Guide) similar to item 2.9. You are free to format the interview guide template as you see fit. Please take a close look at the document I developed (examples STAR, PAR, BBI) to improve generic interview questions.
