Using the (same) graphs of the two water districts on the next page, calculate the combined total revenue loss from a combined water delivery cutback of 48,000 AF allocated equally between Water District 1 and Water District 2. [NOTE: Within each district, losses are to be minimized.] Show your work for determining each districts revenue loss (using the water use and the marginal revenue value). You may want to do your work on the graphs but it is not required. Please be careful reading the units on both axes and also adjust the revenue loss for the fact that the water usage is in 000 AF.
