Strengths

3 years of existence in BC (West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Coquitlam and Down town

There is one Manager and 4 part-time employees.

The customer base includes mostly Iranian-Canadian who live in BC.

Current Challenges (Weaknesses):

Setting up the business hours is difficult due to variance in customers availability and employees availability.

customers want services at night or early in the morning which is not office hours which makes it hard for the manager to respond everybody on time.

On holidays and special dates of Canadian calendar and Iranian calendar, the demand is high and the business faces loss in revenue due to shortage of staff but during normal days, there is less demand, so it becomes difficult to manage staff.

Also there is no pricing strategy adopted by the firm, and every service is priced at same level. There is no pricing card whatsoever. (Offline or online)

There is no website or app through which customers can get connected and get their services with the help of a click.

Opportunities:

There is demand in other regions of Metro Vancouver, but the company is not able to scale its services.

It would be great to hire more part time staff in different regions, attracting more customers. Need to increase the customer base by including customers all over Vancouver.
