Data Analysis Checklist$$

Begin by ensuring that the data analysis checklist that you began in Milestone One and completed in Milestone Two has incorporated all prior feedback. Be sure to include all the results of your data analysis.$$

Complete Checklist: Organize a checklist that will be used to document the steps of an investigation using data.

Consider the steps that will be followed to investigate the business need.Discuss the rationale behind those steps and why the order of the steps was chosen.

Data Sources: Identify the data resources $($internal and$/$or external$)$ that will be used in the analysis.$$

Employee Turnover Presentation$$

Next, you will create a PowerPoint slide presentation to communicate the results of your analysis to the branch managers. You must include accompanying speaker notes using the template linked in the What to Submit section. In addition, you must include information from the memo you created in Milestone One in your presentation.$$

Problem Statement: Compose a problem statement to identify the current business need.

Data Types: Discuss the types of data that will be needed to solve the organizational problem.

Consider what types of data might be used in your investigation and why that data will be necessary.

Data Analysis

Turnover Rate: Determine the turnover rate for the teller position for each of the three bank branches.Pay Rate: Determine the average pay rate for the teller position and the time in the position by branch.Market Rate: Determine the average market pay rate for teller positions by years of experience using information from third$-$party sources to support your claim.Other Considerations: Discuss other potential reasons for the teller turnover frequency.

Consider the information found in the supplemental materials. What impact might it have on the turnover rates?Are there potential considerations beyond pay?Are there common trends that can be identified using the available resources?

External Data Sources: Document the external data sources used in your research and why they are credible resources.

People Analytics: Describe how people analytics can support problem solving in an organization.

Consider if the initial problem statement changed over the course of your analysis. Were there other factors that were found in your investigation? Did the original problem statement encompass what you found out?

Summarize Findings: Summarize the findings of your analysis using visualizations.

Additional Information: Identify other sources of information that could have assisted in your analysis.

Consider the sources that are initially available. Were they sufficient to answer the questions surrounding the analysis? Why or why not?

Problem Resolution: Recommend an approach for resolving the identified problem using the results of the data analysis.

Ramifications: Discuss the ramifications for the company if the identified problem is not resolved.

Communication Approach: Recommend an approach for communicating changes to managers and other contributors.
