For this assignment, use Microsoft Excel to create a data table and original graphical representation that summarizes the data outlined in the

Results Presentation and Discussion section of the case study provided in the Module One Readings and Resources. Copy your graphic into a

Microsoft Word document and add a brief explanation of how the data relates to the problem and goals you identified in Milestone One.

Conclude with a clear explanation of how your graphical representation will more effectively help stakeholders in the case make informed

decisions.

Specifically, the following critical elements must be addressed:

I. Data: Create a data table identifying the data provided in the case study. Explain how the data relates to the problem the company needs

to solve. How does the data show you that the company is not meeting its goals?

II$.$ Graphical Representation

A$.$ Creation: Create a clearly labeled, original graphical representation of the data provided in the case study. For example, you could

create a Pareto chart, an X$-$bar and R chart, or a histogram.

B$.$ Explanation: Explain the graphical representation. What does it show? How will it help the stakeholders make informed decisions?

What to Submit

For this assignment, you will submit a Microsoft Excel file containing your data table and graphical representation. You will also submit a

Microsoft Word file that includes a copy of your graphical representation along with a written explanation of the data. The written portions

of your submission should be $1$ to $2$ pages in length with double spacing, $12-$point Times New Roman font, and one$-$inch margins. Sources

should be cited according to APA style.
