DIRECTIONS:

The study focuses on the Level of Awareness on Immunization project on a certain community. Your dependent variable is the Immunization while Benefits, Barrier, Susceptibility, seriousness and Cues to action are the independent variables.

Objectives:

To find if Perceived Benefits, Barriers, Susceptibility, Seriousness and Cues to Action affect the Immunization awareness of the respondents.
