You are unable to allow him to use your lot because your insurance only covers official company use of the property. Explain to him that you decided to check with your insurance company to see if you could extend the companys liability coverage, but the cost was way too high. You need to write to Mr. Sanchez to tell him he cannot use the parking lot. Include an appropriate buffer statement, explain your reasons for saying no before you actually say no, and suggest an alternative to Mr. Sanchez, such as parking lots on streets nearby.
