Overview
This week we will be discussing communication in regards to the importance of presentations in the workplace. Let's start by watching this short video:

Purpose
Presenting to an online audience has unique challenges. Let's use this discussion and the following presentations to compare and contrast the "dos and don'ts" of presenting to help you prepare for your audio PowerPoint presentations due this week. They will help you determine how you can effectively present to a virtual audience.
Task
Watch the following Ted Talks. Before you start, look at the "Tips for Success" list toward the bottom of this assignment. Pay attention to these specifics and take some notes as you watch the presentations.

Relate the videos to the textbook information about planning and researching presentations. For example, consider the organization of the presentations, were there visual aids used, was the closing of the presentations strong? Be sure to identify which presentations you are referring to.
Talk about how you can apply these techniques to any presentation you may need to do in the workplace.
