Discuss compensation equity issues. This assignment requires you to build a Power Point slide presentation on this topic. In this presentation, you will:

1. Explain both actual inequity and perceived inequity in compensation as it relates to both the internal and external environment. 

2. List and describe three strategies that healthcare executives can use to help ensure equitable compensation for their employees. Be sure to use in text citation to support your position. 

3.  Power Point presentation consisting of a title slide, contents slides and a reference slide **Content not to exceed 5 slides total  (not including title & reference slide)** Please be sure to abide by PPT best practices (attached below). 

4. Include the narrative that you would say verbally during the presentation in the notes section under each slide within the presentation.
