Problem Statement: Improving laboratory efficiency and quality by developing a robust and comprehensive LIS in order to improve overall laboratory operations.

if the problem is unmanageable turnaround time in the laboratory that results to delay in releasing then bad feedback from the client will come. The team should do something to improve TAT, so the better and improve the system, the better feedback you will receive from your clients and patients.
