Discuss the ACFRs and the items that may be useful to a taxpayer.

Looking at the ACFR for my city, Little Rock, the first thing I notice is how large and incredibly detailed it is as compared to a standard corporate report. To put it casually, it is absolutely bonkers. It's also extremely intimidating. I would imagine the primary reason for the detail is that the city has to explain every penny that is collected and spent. Where it came from, how it was collected, and how much/where it was spent. The city has to answer to is residents where as a business only has to answer to its shareholders/ownership.
