Two assessments that I might use in the future while I work to improve services to populations in need are Performance Assessments like Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). "KPIs are implemented by both for-profit and nonprofit organizations as a way to determine what is or isn't working within an organization" (Megaphone, 2025). Prior to employment, Pre-Employment Assessments could also be beneficial to populations in need. For instance, "Pre-employment tests make every hire count by identifying the traits and abilities that are most predictive of job success in a wide variety of positions" (Pre-Employment Tests for the Nonprofit Sector | Criteria Corp, n.d.).
