Creating a safe and open culture that all employees want to belong to, in which employees can discover and appreciate differences and where the benefits of diversity are recognized by all employees.

Information placed in employee files regarding training should be accurate. Before managers discuss employee training performance with others or use training performance data for other HRM decisions, employees should be informed. The company may liable for injuries or damages resulting from actions of poorly trained employees. This may hold even when training is conducted by an external vendor. Training content and methods should be thoroughly documented.

To comply with a range of laws and regulations, companies are required to show that employees have completed training and are transferring new knowledge and skills. For example, companies provide sexual harassment prevention training, health and safety training, etc.This is what I would include for orientation training using Microsoft or IOS systems with microsoft for IOS since now, employees work virtually across borders via technology, they work with a variety of ethnicities at home, and they interact with a globally dispersed customer base.
