Developing a Project Plan is a key factor in Project Management. Of the most essential
components of project, planning is the assembly of a team. Under the "Content" tab, I have
posted a YouTube video - Build A Tower, Build A Team - demonstrating a popular teambuilding activity.

argues that it's your character that needs to be cultivated to achieve sustainable success, not your
