The topic I chose to explore further is CRM$,$ or customer relations management, software, and systems. This is an all$-$encompassing system for a business to interact with its customer base. This system is used by people and businesses for marketing accounting and many other aspects of business operations. This software and systems have become fairly ubiquitous in all$-$sized businesses.

Question # $2$

I have learned more about the different types of CRM and its uses for the specific needs of a business. These different types of CRM are operational collaborative analytical and marketing. These all have different purposes. I chose to focus on the marketing CRM$,$ as it is one that I currently use in my small business. This CRM utilizes work flows to send automated emails, text messages, and other information to help free up the operator or owner to do other business$-$critical functions.
