Discussion 3 - Estimating Techniques

Of the five techniques and methods listed below for estimating Activity Durations, chose one of the techniques and explain the technique in detail, and then explain why you would use this technique for the class project.

1. Expert Judgment
2. Analogous Estimating
3. Parametric Estimating
4. Three-point estimating (both triangular and beta distribution)
5. Team-based approach
