Discussion 7 - Our discussion leaders this week (Adam, Dequinn, Anna, and Omar), after watching the videos and reading the chapters, will (1) select one of the mental errors from Negotiation and describe it in their own words (each discussion leader must choose a different mental error) and (2) integrate it with material from Leading Through Conflict(e.g. how is it related, how does apply to the strategies, etc.). Discussion leaders will create an initial post between Monday and Wednesday (due Wednesday, July 5th at 11:59 PM) and will continue to synthesize, summarize, and post additional questions within their own thread throughout the week. Discussion leaders are not required to post in any thread but their own, but they are welcome to join in on the other conversations if desired. Non- discussion leaders are responsible for two (2) response posts within the forum (about 250 words each - this is a guide) by Sunday, July 9th at 11:59 PM. Posting needs to be done on different days of the week. These chapters really help us because we are learning about what to consider, for what to watch out, and how to evaluate a situation. There has been some absolutely outstanding discussion in this class, so let's keep it up!
