• Describe two of the practices that you are doing well and how you can recognize the success.
• What is an area that still needs further improvement or could be enhanced? What resources/tools can you use to support this change in the future?
• Then briefly talk about key support systems and/or college and community resources of particular value to you in your academic and career success paths and future.
