As we have seen in the last year with COVID restrictions, more and more businesses are able to operate remotely. With new innovations in the IT world, there has been an industrial boom with the shift of online sales and business operations. With the exception of service industries, will we ever reach the point where 100% of business operations are conducted remotely, without brick and morter office buildings? One of the biggest industries that could be affect is retail sales. For example, we have slready seen a steep decline with the shutdowns of strip malls throughtout the country.
