Discussion Case: Corporate Governance and Executive Misconduct at Wynn Resorts On January 26, 2018, The Wall Street Journal published an explosive story about Steve Wynn, the chief executive and chairman of the board of Wynn Resorts, a leading operator of luxury hotels and casinos.
