Tutor please Answer the following question in the Forum Discussion.

Review the behavioral and trait theories listed in your text Chapter 1. Select one of those theories (My selected theory in chapter one for this discussion is Leader Trait Theories) and then in your post provide a synthesis of how that theory does or does not contribute to transformational leadership traits/styles as described in chapter 6. (e.g. How does the theory from Chapter One compare with what you learned in Chapter 6 which is transformational leadership).

For this exercise, you will need to explore the background of the theory/trait that you select, give the overview, and then include your insight and synthesis of how that theory does or does not contribute to the traits of a transformational leader.

Provide a rational for selecting this leadership as a DNP-FNP in a leadership position.
