Technology and digital transformation have been transformed in many organizations. It is described as advancing human potential and creating a better way of working in the next century. Researchers and businesses have had split opinions on technology taking away jobs or advancing the overall business performance. In this discussion question, you will apply theory from your past courses in technology:

Describeit can be debated that either organizational change or needs drive technology, or technology drives organizational change or that both technology and organizational change evolves together. Which of the three views do you agree with and why? In your response, share a recent example from your past/current or future employer.

Support your response with your current knowledge of technology from your past BAS course in technology.

Provideyour knowledge of outsourcing. Outsourcing can be a planned or unplanned organizational change in an organization. Name two (2) factors that would help a company determine if they should outsource their technology. Provide a current company using this organizational change structure and discuss the benefits.
