Discussion Topic

Choose a case study or topic from the textbook to analyze this week. In a $300-$ to $500-$word post, discuss your interpretation of the problem, how it was solved $($if it was solved$),$ and what you would suggest. You are also welcome to discuss how these types of issues have played out in your place of work.$$

This will be a recurring discussion each week to allow for deeper reflective practice on the text and your own leadership experiences. As such, when looking at your experiences, try to stay away from descriptive storytelling and focus on your internal processes and interpretations.
