Refer to the Challenge Yourself exercise from Chapter $14$ on page $393,$ also posted under the Week $14$ Learning Module.

Assume that the infractions the site review team found at West Wind include three items:

Noncompliance with fire safety standards $-$ specifically, an insufficient number of fire extinguishers, inaccessible fire extinguishers, and insufficient testing of fire extinguishers.

Inadequate activities for residents, activities not sufficiently stimulating, and not enough of them.

Insufficient monitoring of medications given to patients, resulting in improper doses being provided to patients at the wrong time.

Develop a root cause analysis and propose a correction plan of standards, monitoring, and corrective action.
