Discussion Topic - Week 2 Identify a simple project from your personal life or workplace. Here are some examples: making a car-buying decision; building a deck; hiring an employee; writing a work-related report; solving a work-related problem; testing a product or system, etc. This project will be your "Course Project" that will be used to demonstrate mastery of concepts throughout the course. It should 1) involve at least three people; 2) have no more than four "work packages"; and 3) have no more than a total of 12 tasks or "activities" associated with these work packages. In your first post of the week, present the following elements of a project charter to the class: Project title; Purpose; and Major Deliverable(s), with brief acceptance criteria. Provide constructive feedback and suggestions in your responses
