Discussions for weeks $5,6$ and $7$ are interconnected. My purpose is to get you thinking about how to use the principles of law for planning, organizing, and implementing a new business. The 'hat' I am asking you to wear is that of a very well paid management and business Strategist. The entire synopsis for this multi$-$week discussion assignment is shown in Week $7.$ But I am including it as an attachment here.

It is tempting to want to dig into the business 'stuff' and consult strictly on the business merits, pro's and con's etc. But for Week $5$ discussions, think about Question $1$ of the attachment and in particular, discuss the sorts of legal agreements that will control how the Acme's will work with each other. Specifically:

a$.$ Should they be agents or employees?

b$.$ What difference would that make?

c$.$ Should each Acme sibling have the same kind of contract as the other siblings?

d$.$ Does the kind of business itself restrict the kinds of agreements the Acme siblings need to be successful?
