DO BUSINESS PLAN REPORT

1. You are required to do an innovation on a foreign product of the international company that can be introduced into the Malaysian market. Make sure that the innovation (it can be new function, new design etc.) suits the Malaysian market and must be explained in the report and during the presentation.

2. You are required to propose a BUSINESS PLAN for that particular product from that company.

3. The BUSINESS PLAN should be in a written format; a report which will include all items listed as below:

Company Description. Items that must be included:-

• Mission statement.
• Products and services.
• Current status.
• Legal status and ownership.
• Key partnerships (if any).

Market Analysis (SWOT Analysis)

Economic of business (profit margin, operational cost, start up cost or innovation cost or any cost that relevant to the product)

Marketing Plan (Marketing Mix 4Ps, selling proposition)

Operational Plan :-How your business will be run and how your product or service will be produced :-Business location :-Facilities and equipment.

Management Team and Company Structure

Financial projection (financial resources and forecast for 3 years operation)

Conclusions

References
