Barking Lot wants to display a bill for dogs that board with them. Design the pseudocode for the following using the variables in

part A and the loop requirement in part B; this is very much like the program on page $155-156$ using the Range Table.

First, draw a table like page $155,$ as a guideline, showing the weight range of the dog and the price for daycare. This will help you set

up the IF statement which will be like the one on page $156$ for itemsOrdered.

After the IF statement, you will output the fields from the input data and the price for day care.

NOTE

You may input all five fields using one INPUT statement like the example on page $135-$ if you do this, you would not have

a prompt for each field that you would input.
