Do research on Pepsi, look for Pepsi conflicts, get information about the organization from the Pepsi website, read any articles written on Pepsi or read current issues in newspapers, journals or social media. Must be based on

1. Major conflict face by the organization. It can be internal conflict among employees and employers or external conflict, the organization with external party such as competitor, government, media, suppliers, customers or etc.
2. Thomas- Kilmann Model critically evaluate on the conflict and identify which conflict modes has been applied by the organization based on Thomas-Kilmann Model to resolve the conflict.
3. Recommendation or suggestion to the organization on the appropriate negotiation strategy or planning.
