Do you Accept or reject the corrective action and why?

Scenario $3$

In a third$-$party audit of a hospital, the auditor investigating the emergency services, a patient comes to the auditor and complains about the hospital and managers. Patients are told that the hospital does not correctly deal with them and does not take care of any of their needs. The marble flooring at the outside of the hospital became very greasy in winter and he slipped down $2$ times before although he informed the hospital management they did not do anything. The auditor further investigated the issue and identified that these incidents were not recorded, and nothing was done about this issue. The auditor writes a nonconformity. Hospital management offers corrective action to change the marble with the ones that are not sliding.
