Explain.I actually do agree with Bititci's statement about the best-performing companies worry less about performance and more about their organizational capabilities. I think if you can build a really good company culture and organizational strategy, the performance will take care of itself. If you have employees working for your company that feel empowered, cared about, like their voices are heard, good benefits package, time off policy, etc. then the overall performance of the company will drive itself. If you skip all of those culture capabilities, performance is going to struggle. I feel like I have definitely seen this first hand when it comes to performance within certain organizations that I've been a part of over my career.There is a clear difference in company culture between Company A and Company B. Company A seems to be more of a standard traditional approach when it comes to company culture. While Company B has a more progressive, upbeat company culture that the employees seem to be responding to in a positive way.
