do you agree or disagree with the post and why??RE: P2v Other than P2V the other alternatives are consolidation which is taking an existing physical server and converting them into virtual servers that run atop the hypervisor, containment is the other alternative which is to deploy new application workloads as virtual machines so that additional physical servers will not be needed, and P2C which is physical to cloud which can be useful because you would no longer have to manage and maintain the infrastructure but can be expensive as this is a Software as a Service (SaaS). I would choose P2V over consolidation, containment, and P2C (physical to cloud) because a new virtual machine gives the system admin the option of loading the latest operating system and latest patches, it also reduces the need for certain physical drivers and server processes which are no longer necessary in the virtual environment. The ability to retire aging hardware and reducing the datacenter footprint which consolidates the physical servers into VMs and reduces utilization of resources reduced storage and energy consumption are also good reasons to use P2V
