This belief is subjective and unethical. I do accept the verdict of the case, being that Mobley was guilty of armed robbery and homicide. Perhaps instead of the death penalty, rehabilitation could make a difference in an individual such as Mobley whose upbringing and environment negatively impacted his development and life.
