Change is daunting in a n organization and is perceived negative by the employees if not addressed or managed properly in the beginning. Organization who neglect these psychological aspects of their employees. Some of the factors that affect change to take place are as follows.

  • Job Loss

It is a major reason that employees resist change in the workplace. Employees take changes as negative as they consider factors on how it will affect their day to day job roles.

  • Poor Communication and Engagement

lack of it creates more problems than the problem itself. Backlash from employees happens when new ideas are not communicated properly.

  • Lack of Trust

Successful businesses have one thing in common their employees trust them. In organizations where there is a lot of trust in management, there is lower resistance to change. Mistrust is a cause for the downward spiral of the company.
