Do you have experience, or know somebody has the experience that new technology is not welcome at the work place? It is known that new technology can help company to reduce cost and improve productivity. But workers are against the adoption of the new technology, because they are afraid that the higher productivity will cost their own jobs. A good example is robots, which have significantly increased productivity, but eliminate a good amount of jobs. Unfortunately, the trend is that more and more automation, robotics, and auto-driving technologies will be used in all areas. What is your opinion about this phenomena?
