Their travel agent, Rare Busy San Bhd gave a discounted fare of RM1000 per person for the their trip to Japan, 50% of the price was paid upon booking, and the balance of the amount was to be paid on 15 March 2020 upon collecting the tickets for the trip to Japan. Rare Busy Sdn Bhd knew that the team was going to participate in the prestigious competition in Istanbul. They were to fly to Istanbul on 15 April 2020. However, for this trip, the price was RM2500.00 per person. On 14 March 2020, the air traffic controllers of Kuala Lumpur International Airport declared a strike when the airport management refused their demand to increase their salary up to 15%. Musa, on behalf of the NUN Soccer team, called Rare Busy San Bhd to confirm their flight to Japan. Rare Busy Sdn Bhd then ask Musa to pay for the remaining balance of the flight ticket. Musa refused to pay the balance unless it is confirmed that the team can fly out of Kuala Lumpur on 15 March 2020
