Do you think more small businesses will utilize e-commerce options after the pandemic?

From my experience, a good number of small businesses do not typically utilize a website or e-commerce platforms to sell their products unless their business has always been entirely virtual. I believe the COVID-19 pandemic has shown small business owners new ways to interact with their customers. Additionally, the pandemic has forced some small businesses to close due to the inability to continue operating without their average demand. Do you think more small businesses will begin to sell their products online and utilize social media in their efforts to stay afloat and make a profit? Do you think there are additional costs associated with operating both an in-person and a virtual business, and if so, do you think they are worth it in the long-run?
