Does anyone know how to solve this problem by using Matlab-Simulink?

Convert the diagram to its matrix representation for the below equation that we have worked on (i.e write down the matrices A,B,C)
dq/dt = Aq + Bu
y = Cq
Set all Ks (gains) to 1.
The only input to this model is a unit impulse at compartment 0 this can be achieved by setting the IC for compartment 0 to 1 (Why?)
The outputs are to be taken at compartments 0, 7, 9.
Use the matrix representation to build a Simulink block diagram.
Run the simulation for 100s.
Lookout for this feature in your output graph : The output at compartment 0 has no oscillations. The outputs at compartments 7 and 9 have one oscillation each!
