Does my comment below make sense?

Our textbook says there is no specific definition of what constitutes the practice of law, but I disagree. The simplest definition of the practice of law is any individual who is licensed to practice it. Attorneys "practice" law; they never master it. Hence, the importance of ongoing legal education for attorneys after they graduate from law school.
