The defendant, the business owner, was not present during any of my car's servicing and thus cannot attest to the specifics of the occurrences leading to the incident. Although commendable for supporting his employees, the fact that my car functioned well before their intervention, suffered repeated issues after their repairs, and ultimately caught fire, underscores my concern over the workmanship and demands an award for damages incurred.
