17.SUBROGATION WAIVER.

The Lessor and the Lessee, respectfully, contract to waive and release any right of recovery against each other or against any co-tenant of the same Premises for any loss which could be insured against in the standard fire policy form of the State of Washington.

Lessor and Lessee hereby mutually release the other from every right, claim and demand which may hereafter arise in favor of either, arising out of or in connection with any loss occasioned by fire and such other perils as are included in the provisions of the normal Broad -Form Casualty Insurance policies utilized in the State of Washington, and do hereby waive all rights of subrogation in favor of insurance carriers arising out of any such losses sustained by either Lessor or Lessee in and to the Premises or any property therein. Lessor and Lessee each agree that they will request their respective insurance carriers to include in their policies such waiver of subrogation clause.
