$1.$ Research problem statement: should be a sentence or paragraph, briefly explain the background of the problem, area of concern, what needs justfy the research, indicate why you believe that it is in fact, a researchable problem.

$2.$ Research objectives $(3$ objectives$)$: list research objectives fundamental to the research, what are the practical$/$ real$-$life problems faced with that topic. Here are the ones i came up with, are they appropriate, if not please provide some or edit the ones i already have: $1.$ To reduce excess inventory, $2.$ To reduce stockouts and understocking,

$3.$ Improve accurate demand forecasting, $4.$ To evaluate currrent inventory management practices at the company.
