Doing business on a global scale is complicated on many levels including learning to communicate properly while taking into consideration the cultural aspects. Applying what you have learned during the course answer the following: How might the U.S. management style of participative management affect a U.S. manager in Mexico? China? How might the U.S. emphasis on time (i.e., monochronic) affect how you would do business in Mexico? What considerations would you make in preparing for a presentation in a German or a Chinese organization?
