Lectro and Zap are full$-$time employees of Dolomite, subject to a lengthy set of rules and regulations Dolomite imposes which dictate how they do their jobs.

Shok is a freelance specialist who does work for Dolomite only when called, does his work entirely his own way, and sends Dolomite a bill afterwards.

The following things happen:

On Monday, Lectro is working on the job, but stops for an hour for lunch; he has his lunch in a nearby park, where he carelessly trips and injures Leeta, another visitor to the park.

On Tuesday, Zap is working for a Dolomite customer, Zzing, and carelessly repairs some wiring; the resultant short$-$circuit badly injures Zzing.

On Wednesday, Shok is doing work for a Dolomite customer, Shane, at Dolomite$$s request; Shock carelessly rearranges some electronic circuitry, which results in fire damage to Shane$$s house.

Lectro, Zap, and Shok all lack assets or insurance that would pay for any of these damages.

Can Leeta hold Dolomite liable for Lectro$$s negligence?
