Dom allowed his nephew Mark to stay with him after being kicked out of his apartment due to his inability to pay rent on time. Dom agreed to allow Mark to stay with him as long as he paid $500 a month. $1,000 less than what he was paying initially at his previous apartment. It has been four months since Mark started living with his Uncle. So far, Mark has only paid the first month's rent of $500 and the second month's rent, but only $150. Mark works full-time as a Receptionist, and his Uncle feels he is taking advantage of him because they are family. Dom is suing Mark for the rest of the $1,350. 

Dom has provided text message evidence of the $500-a-month agreement. The two have been encouraged to use a third party to help resolve the issue and come to an agreement.
