After our brief conversation last Friday between you, my mom and I, I do not think this is time for misunderstandings.

After sending my resume and being interviewed over the phone by your manager Samantha, I was not under any $$impression $$ at all. She was clear enough in letting me know that I had the job position at your clinic which was offered to me by you while I took my tortoise for an exam. I was perfectly told that the position would be for a part$-$time job based on the times I had explained as I am a student and I have time conflicts.

I had also asked if it was a certain position I would be receiving and if I should submit my resignation letter to my actual job at the moment. The answer from your manager was $$YES$($and even asked me when I could start working at your clinic with the most understandable English, we both fluently speak$),$ and not me$,$ nor she were $$under any impression$.$ I was assured that the job was mine.

I was asked to go on Thursday February $8$th to learn how the clinic works, where are the elements that could be needed for the everyday job would be$,$ and I also helped in the front desk because they needed a Spanish speaker $($which had gained you a new client$).$

Before and after my $3$ hours of work at the clinic I personally asked $3$ times to Bret$($t$)$ a which paper$($s$)$ I needed to fill out for the clinic and I was told that as there were no paper copies, and I would be receiving an email in the afternoon with the forms. At that point of the conversation, again, I was not under any impression, and your employees were not either as in the morning you yourself had also brought up the paperwork conversation in front of me and Gab$($b$)$y$.$

I did get an email in the afternoon as said, but to my surprise, there were no papers to be completed but a small comment letting me know that my services were no longer needed $($after spending $3$ hours there while being hired on the clock$).$ I had already resigned to my job for your offer and acceptance but instead I was being fired without a proper explanation as $$due to unforeseen circumstances$$ is not a proper explanation nor professional whatsoever. Also, at no point in my conversations with Samantha and Bret$($t$)$a on the phone did the words $$work interview$$ come to light.

During our personal conversation on Friday February $9$th$,$ you were very polite with my mother and I but seemed to have had no idea of what was going on in your clinic and asked me for a few days to understand the situation.

On Saturday afternoon I received your new email and I appreciate that you could recognize the hardship that was caused to me as I found myself in a very difficult situation such being without a job and with financial responsibilities I already have.

Thank you for reconsidering the situation and for your decision in re$-$accepting me as a part$-$time employee at your clinic. However, after considering the whole situation I went through by your clinics$$ impressions and miscommunication between you and your employees, I have concluded that at this time, your clinic is not the best fit for my already established knowledge and career goals.

I hope that if our paths may cross again, we can handle this unfortunate situation as a learning for both of us$.$ Thank you for your time.
